Firefighters vs. Giuliani
A firefighters' union is accusing Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani, my city's former mayor, of committing "egregious acts" against firefighters who died in the September 11 terrorist attacks.
Seriously? Now? Not years ago? Not while he was still in office? Anyone with half a brain can see this is being prodded on by liberals who see Giuliani as a threat to anyone they might coddle into the position of candiate for the Democrats in the next Presidential election.
And you wonder why I hate unions? Is there some unwritten law that says you have to surrender your own thoughts and opinions when you join a union and allow some spokesperson to hand out your opinions for you? Unions are SO easy to control and make no mistake in your thining when you ponder who might be behind this. It's terribly transparent if you look at the timing.
